Karis shows off
Although you wouldn't know it if you only judged from this site, but Karis has grown and changed a lot since "Buh... butterfly!" While you can't summarize ALL of her talents and skills in one video, I thought this was cute enough to break the blogging silence.
To set the scene: Karis is doing as she often does, and removing everything she can find from her drawers to the floor, where it is much more acceptable. After trying (unsuccessfully, unfortunately) to put her socks on the dog's feet (which, I might add parenthetically, is what brought daddy and the camera to the scene), she begins chasing the dog which is now trying to escape her grasp.

Even though he sees her regularly in person, I'm amused to report that Rowan was absolutely enthralled by watching Karis in this video! Once he figured out he should look at the computer screen instead of the speakers, he laughed watching Karis jump. We expect a video soon of those socks on Sierra's feet, though! ;-)

That is so hilariously cute!
It's about stinking time you updated this site, Josh. I mean, so what if you're busy "shepherding the Lord's flock" or whatever-- there is at least one semi-bored housewife in frigid Pennsylvania (that I know of-- probably many more) that lives vicariously through other people's blogs. And it's kind of hard to live vicariously when *someone* refuses to share their ridiculously cute kid with the online world with any degree of regularity. God likes it when we share... way to be selfish, Josh!
